Terms of service

The agreement between you and EasyCards, in plain English.

Last updated: May 8, 2026

1. Agreement

By installing or using the EasyCards Android application ("the app"), you agree to these terms of service ("the terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The licence we grant you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use EasyCards on Android devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

3. What you agree not to do

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into EasyCards (cards, notes, settings, photos). We don't claim any rights to it. Because the data lives on your device, you are also responsible for backing it up where you want to.

5. Updates

We update EasyCards regularly to add features, fix bugs, and improve security. By using the app you agree to receive these updates. We may discontinue or change features at any time.

6. Pricing

The core EasyCards experience is free. We may introduce optional paid features in the future. If we do, they will be clearly labelled and entirely optional — the core wallet will always be free.

7. Disclaimers

EasyCards is provided "as is" and "as available". We do everything we can to make it reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be free of bugs or that a specific store's scanner will accept every barcode. We make no warranty regarding rewards, points, discounts, or any benefit offered by a third-party loyalty programme.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyCards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any direct losses is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim — which, for most users, will be zero.

9. Termination

You can stop using EasyCards at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. The terms survive termination where it makes sense (for example, the disclaimers and limitation of liability).

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at easycards.app/terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyCards is published, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
